A pre-order kit is a kit that is currently still in production. Because of this, the delivery time is longer than for kits that are directly available from stock. On average, the waiting time is approximately 2 months, depending on the size of the production run.
By reserving your kit in advance, you are guaranteed a copy as soon as it becomes available. When placing a pre-order, you pay either a deposit or the full amount.
As soon as the kits arrive in our warehouse, you will receive a message from us with the expected delivery date and – if applicable – the remaining outstanding balance. Any deposits paid will of course be deducted from the total amount. You can complete your payment by logging into your account and visiting “My Orders”.
Once full payment has been received, your order will be shipped and you will receive a track & trace code by email to follow your package.
Important: a deposit for a pre-order is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
