Right of Withdrawal & Warranty

Returns

You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are your responsibility. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to the seller. To use this right, you can contact us via www.kommersrebornart.nl. We will refund the order amount owed within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has been received in good condition. If the ordered product is defective or received incorrectly, we will also reimburse the shipping costs.

Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• Pre-order reservations cannot be returned.
• Custom-made orders for reborns are excluded from returns.
• Packages with broken seals cannot be returned if opened.

If a product is received defective or does not function as expected, we will of course resolve the issue.
