High-quality acrylic paint for soft PVC / vinyl, suitable for use on vinyl parts of reborn kits and OOAK's. This paint is water-based and therefore water-dilutable, providing an ultra-fine, elastic, tear-resistant, and matte finish. It is air-drying and has extremely high UV resistance and lightfastness. This shade is used as a primer and as a base tone for skin colors.
